Entrusted With the Gospel

For we are a fragrance of Christ to God among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing; to the one an aroma from death to death, to the other an aroma from life to life. And who is adequate for these things? For we are not like many, peddling the word of God, but as from sincerity, but as from God, we speak in Christ in the sight of God. 2 Corinthians 2:15-‬17 NASB

Holy, Royal, Majestic, God, Your ways are perfect. Your will be done in the lives of Your chosen ones, a holy priesthood, a holy nation of believers, a people for Your own possession. Thank You, God, for calling us out of darkness into the marvelous Light of Christ so that we may proclaim His excellencies. For we once were not a people, but now we are the people of God; we had not received mercy, but now we have received mercy. We are not adequate in ourselves to consider anything as coming from ourselves, but our adequacy is from You God. With sincerity may we in Christ, spread the gospel, in the sight of God. For we are a fragrance of Christ to You God. A fragrance to those who are being saved and among those who are perishing. For those who reject You are dead already and facing an eternal death with no hope – an aroma from death to death. But praise be to You God for those who respond to Your call – an aroma from life to life. A life of joy turned to eternal life of abundant joy. I pray that I will be a sweet aroma of Christ to God, speaking the word of God in truth for the salvation of the lost and the glory of my King!! Amen. 1 Peter 2:9‭-‬10/2 Corinthians 3:5 NASB

But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and manifests through us the sweet aroma of the knowledge of Him in every place.

🌹God of the gospel, thanks be to You, God, for Your indescribable gift! The gift of Your Holy Spirit living and working through me, leading always in triumph in Christ! Overwhelming abundant thanks be to You, God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. The victory over eternal death!! God, I pray that my confidence be found in the testimony of my conscience, that in holiness and godly sincerity, not in fleshly wisdom but in the grace of God, I will conduct myself in the world so that my faith will be proclaimed throughout the whole world. God, You said, “Light shall shine out of darkness.” It is You who have shone in my heart to give the Light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ. Philippians 4:15-20

You yourselves also know, Philippians, that at the first preaching of the gospel, after I left Macedonia, no church shared with me in the matter of giving and receiving but you alone; for even in Thessalonica you sent a gift more than once for my needs. Not that I seek the gift itself, but I seek for the profit (fruit) which increases to your account. But I have received everything in full and have an abundance; I am amply supplied, having received from Epaphroditus what you have sent, a fragrant aroma, an acceptable sacrifice, well-pleasing to God. And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Now to our God and Father be the glory forever and ever. Amen.

God of the gospel truth of my Savior Jesus Christ, thanks be to You, who always leads me in triumph in Christ, and manifests through me the sweet aroma of the knowledge of Him in every place. May I be found adequate and speak in sincerety as from God, not corrupting the word of God, but speak in Christ in the sight of God.
Lord, I trust and believe You are able to do far more abundantly beyond all that I could ask or think, according to the power that works within me through Your Holy Spirit so I ask You to make all grace abound to me, so that always having all sufficiency in everything, I may have an abundance for every good deed leading to the proclamation of the gospel. Jesus, through You I have received the gospel, not of my doing so I have nothing to boast of. In pure thankfulness of my undeserved salvation, may I freely share Your saving grace with urgency having been entrusted to proclaim the gospel to everyone.
I also ask that my pocketbook would be used for the spread of the gospel as You see fit. All I have is Yours for Your glory. For from You and through You and to You are all things. To You be the glory forever. Amen.
