🌹Are we living up to our chosen calling as God’s own possession? To “proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;“?

What’s Your Mindset?

Set your mind on the things above, not on the things that are on earth. For you have died and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, is revealed, then you also will be revealed with Him in glory.

Are the world happenings bringing you down? Are you living in fear of what is going on around you? Are you discouraged, disappointed, dismayed?
Could it be your mindset? A mind set on the things above is a mind full of hope.

Only Jesus Saves

“Son of man, if a country sins against Me by committing unfaithfulness, and I stretch out My hand against it, destroy its supply of bread, send famine against it and cut off from it both man and beast, even though these three men, Noah, Daniel and Job were in its midst, by their own righteousness they could only deliver themselves,” declares the Lord God.

though these three men were in its midst, as I live,” declares the Lord God, “they could not deliver either their sons or their daughters. They alone would be delivered, but the country would be desolate.

🌹Four times in one chapter the Lord God declares that we can’t deliver, save anyone by our righteousness. Only Jesus can deliver by His righteousness unto salvation.

A Blameless Conscience

🌹Do you do your best to always maintain a blameless conscience both before God and before men?

Blameless Conscience:  To maintain good and exemplary conduct or motives, impelling one toward right action. Free from blame.

Can’t Stay Quiet

Uneducated? Untrained?

Now as they observed the confidence of Peter and John and understood that they were uneducated and untrained men, they were amazed, and began to recognize them as having been with Jesus.

🌹Do people notice that You have been with Jesus? Are you educated by sitting at the feet of Jesus as the Holy Spirit teaches about Him, the Word made flesh?
