The Rock

The righteous man will flourish like the palm tree, He will grow like a cedar in Lebanon.

Planted in the house of the Lord, They will flourish in the courts of our God.

They will still yield fruit in old age; They shall be full of sap and very green,

To declare that the Lord is upright; He is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him.
Psalms 92:12‭-‬15 NASB

The righteous man, planted in the house of the Lord, will bear fruit, even in old age, and proclaim that the Lord is upright and righteous.

🌹 Is He your rock in whom there is no unrighteousness?

Just as the Father has loved Me, I have also loved you; abide in My love.
John 15:9 NASB

Keep the Word

Oh that my ways may be established (steadfast) To keep (obey)Your statutes (decrees, laws)!  Then I shall not be ashamed When I look upon all Your commandments.
Psalms 119:5‭-‬6 NASB

How do we obey God’s statutes? When we know His commandments and keep them. How do we know them? You must open the word of God and read. Open the word of God and know. Then we obey them.

🌹 Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our abode with him.  He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine, but the Father’s who sent Me.
John 14:23‭-‬24 NASB

God’s Faithfulness And Salvation

“I have proclaimed glad tidings of righteousness in the great congregation; Behold, I will not restrain my lips, O Lord, You know. I have not hidden Your righteousness within my heart; I have spoken of Your faithfulness and Your salvation; I have not concealed Your lovingkindness and Your truth from the great congregation.”
Psalms 40:9‭-‬10 NASB

“not hidden Your righteousness”:
David spoke of God’s righteousness. He did not hide it in his heart, he proclaimed it. Paul proclaimed also speaking to the elders in Ephesus.
“how I did not shrink from declaring to you anything that was profitable, and teaching you publicly and from house to house,”
“For I did not shrink from declaring to you the whole purpose of God.”
Acts 20:20‭, ‬27 NASB

“I have spoken of Your faithfulness and salvation”

“I will sing of the lovingkindness of the Lord forever; To all generations I will make known Your faithfulness with my mouth.”
Psalms 89:1 NASB

🌹 Are you proclaiming the righteousness and faithfulness of God to the church and all generations? Is His salvation that has been given to you, motivate you to tell others?

God Speaks

Now when Moses went into the tent of meeting to speak with Him, he heard the voice speaking to him from above the mercy seat that was on the ark of the testimony, from between the two cherubim, so He spoke to him.
Numbers 7:89 NASB

🌹God speaks. Do you meet with Him? Do you desire to hear from Him? Do you hear Him speak?

Pray: God Go With Us

Now therefore, I pray You, if I have found favor in Your sight, let me know Your ways that I may know You, so that I may find favor in Your sight. Consider too, that this nation is Your people.”
And He said, “My presence shall go with you, and I will give you rest.”
Exodus 33:13‭-‬14 NASB

🌹For how then can it be known that I have found favor in Your sight, I and Your people? Is it not by Your going with us, so that we, I and Your people, may be distinguished from all the other people who are upon the face of the earth?”
Exodus 33:16 NASB

Does God go with you? Is He going with your nation? Are you distinguished amongst the crowds because Jesus is in you?

His Own Possession

Then the Lord passed by in front of him and proclaimed, “The Lord, the Lord God, compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in lovingkindness and truth; who keeps lovingkindness for thousands, who forgives iniquity, transgression and sin; yet He will by no means leave the guilty unpunished, visiting the iniquity of fathers on the children and on the grandchildren to the third and fourth generations.”
Exodus 34:6‭-‬7 NASB

🌹Moses made haste to bow low toward the earth and worship.
Exodus 34:8 NASB

Prayer: He said, “If now I have found favor in Your sight, O Lord, I pray, let the Lord go along in our midst, even though the people are so obstinate, and pardon our iniquity and our sin, and take us as Your own possession.”
Exodus 34:9 NASB

Steadfast Faith

So have I become your enemy by telling you the truth?
Galatians 4:16 NASB

They hate him who reproves in the gate, And they abhor him who speaks with integrity.
Amos 5:10 NASB

Speaking truth in a world bent on lies and deceit is a difficult task but walking in truth and in the steadfast faithfulness of God we will overcome.

If you were of the world, the world would love its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, because of this the world hates you.
John 15:19 NASB

For whatever is born of God overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.
1 John 5:4 NASB

Hate evil, love good, And establish justice in the gate! Perhaps the Lord God of hosts May be gracious to the remnant of Joseph.
Amos 5:15 NASB

🌹May your steadfast faith keep you speaking boldly the truth of Christ to a dying world. Living in the Truth, you can be used to change the world.

God grant us, Your remnant, grace to overcome. Amen.

Great News!!!

Therefore the Law (Ten Commandments) has become our tutor to lead us to Christ, so that we may be justified by faith.

But now that faith has come, we are no longer under a tutor. For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus.

For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ.

There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s descendants, heirs according to promise.
Galatians 3:24‭-‬29 NASB

🌹Hallelujah!! Great news for the believer. Are you walking as if you belong to Christ, one with Him?
