Down in the dumps?
Nothing going right?
Frustrated with the day to day struggles of survival?
“Does anything ever go right for me”?

You’ve been there, haven’t you?
Where do you go from that point?

I have to go to the Lord. For He alone is a shield around me. He is my glory. He is the One who lifts my head. He is my confidence to push forward.

🙏Lord God, I pray for the one who is struggling in their life circumstances today. The one who is facing difficult decisions. Tough roads. Feeling of loss. No direction. Put Your shield of protection around them. Lift their head high in assurance as they lean on You to guide them.
In the name of Jesus and for Your glory I pray, amen.

How dependent are we, as individuals and as a church, upon the Lord? If God has a plan, and He does, why do we not seek Him for direction in all situations, all circumstances?
