Amen. I enjoy singing to the Lord when I’m alone in my car. I know the Lord will tolerate my attempt at praises when many people probably wouldn’t. Thank you for this uplifting post.

It’s not our voice, as He created that too, but I believe God looks at the heart of our praise. No different than listening to children singing praises to God with their not so refined voices. 😂 We rejoice. I believe God also rejoices in our attempts.
He is the God of grace.

Amen. Thank you for your encouragement, Sharon. My voice probably isn’t as awful as I made it sound but it sure is rusty as I don’t sing as often as I used to. At the same time, I love hearing someone who is singing praises to God even though they don’t have any gift of singing. As you stated, God looks at the heart of our efforts and I, like you, think that God rejoices in our attempts.
