Philippians 3:20-21

For our citizenship (commonwealth) is in heaven, from which also we eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ; who will transform (our lowly body) the body of our humble state into conformity with (His glorious body) the body of His glory, by the exertion of the power that He has even to subject all things to Himself.
Philippians 3:20‭-‬21 NASB

I praise You, Lord Jesus Christ, Savior, who has the power to transform my lowly body
into conformity with Your glorious body. I surrender to Your yoke of power over me. Thank You for opening the door of opportunity to partake in Your household, no longer a stranger or alien, but a fellow citizen with the saints. God, I pray for Your church, that we will conduct ourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ, standing firm in one spirit, with one mind, striving together for the faith of the gospel.
Father God, I will keep seeking the things above, where Christ is seated at Your right hand, because I have been raised up with Christ who died for me.
For just as I have borne the image of the earthy, I will also bear the image of the heavenly, for I know Your word says, “that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable”. But God You also promised that in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet; for the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. For this perishable must put on the imperishable, and this mortal must put on immortality. Hallelujah to the King! For You I eagerly wait Lord Jesus. Amen.
Ephesians 2:19/Philippians 1:27/Colossians 3:1/1 Corinthians 15:49‭-‬50/1 Corinthians 15:52‭-‬53 NASB

🌹When Christ, who is our life, is revealed, then you also will be revealed with Him in glory.
Colossians 3:4 NASB

Silent

They came to Capernaum; and when He was in the house, He began to question them, “What were you discussing on the way?” But they kept silent, for on the way they had discussed with one another which of them was the greatest. — Mark 9:33-34

Have you ever experienced a moment when one question just shuts you up? Jesus already knew what the disciple’s discussion was about. They knew that they were in the wrong by their discussion.

God’s Word has a way to silence us when we take it as the truth it is. The important thing is that we heed God’s Word and allow His Word to transform us to be like Jesus. Read God’s Word and let it convict and teach so we need not be silent before our Lord.

Be Filled With The Spirit

So then do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is. And do not get drunk with wine, for that is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit, — Ephesians 5:17-18

Being filled with the Holy Spirit is the desire of God for all mankind. If it were not so, it would not be written in His Word to be filled with the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit — the Spirit of God Himself — living in us! Wow!!! What more could we want?

The Spirit filled life is one that understands the will of God. The Spirit of God dwelling in us testifies in us the will of God. The Holy Spirit transforms our lives when we allow Him to renew our minds. When we are filled with the spirit, we seek after, focus on the One who called us to salvation. We surrender our lives, hearts, minds and souls to Jesus and the work of His Spirit transforms our lives by the renewing of our minds for His glory — proving what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.

Who wouldn’t want to know the will of God? I thank God for the grace He bestowed on me to know His will. Come to Jesus, seek His forgiveness, receive the gift of salvation by giving your heart to Jesus and receive the Holy Spirit who reveals the will of God to you. So then do not be foolish but understand what the will of the Lord is. Be filled with the Spirit. You will not regret your decision.

Continually seeking Him,

Sharon

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect. Romans 12:2
