Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice! Philippians 4:4 NASB
Sometimes all we can do is throw our hands up and rejoice.
Sometimes it is easy. . . And sometimes it is hard.
When it is hard, rejoicing will refresh your perspective, lighten your burdens, and most of all redirect your thoughts, plans, motives, ideas, down heartedness, and eyes back to the One in whom we rejoice. Our Savior. Our Redeemer. Our Rock. Our solid ground. Our cornerstone. Our God! Our Everything!!
🌹GOD, I will rejoice greatly in You, my Lord. My soul will rejoice in my God; For You have clothed me with garments of salvation, and wrapped me with a robe of righteousness, As a bridegroom decks himself with a garland, And as a bride adorns herself with her jewels. In You, Lord God I will rejoice. In Jesus name, amen. (Isaiah 61:10 NASB)
I will rejoice greatly in the Lord, My soul will exult in my God; For He has clothed me with garments of salvation, He has wrapped me with a robe of righteousness, As a bridegroom decks himself with a garland, And as a bride adorns herself with her jewels. Isaiah 61:10 NASB
🌹O Lord, You are my God; I will exalt You, I will give thanks to Your name; Thank you God for the forgiveness of my sin and Your grace that has clothed me with salvation and wrapped me in the robe of Jesus’s righteousness. Wonders, Plans formed long ago, with perfect faithfulness for my good and Your glory. In Jesus name, amen. (Isaiah 25:1 NASB)
