Justified

Can mankind be just before God? Can a man be pure before his Maker? — Job 4:17

How then can a man be just with God? Or how can he be clean who is born of woman? — Job 25:4

If You, Lord, should mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand? — Psalm 130:3

nevertheless knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the Law but through faith in Christ Jesus, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, so that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the Law; since by the works of the Law no flesh will be justified. — Galatians 2:16

It is only by and through Jesus Christ that we, “mankind”, can be “just with God”, “pure before his” (our) “Maker”, “clean”, and able to “stand”. There is no other way. We need to realize that we are nothing without Jesus and it is all about Him, not us. Turn your life over to Jesus today so that you may be “justified by faith in Christ”.

Wisdom

Wisdom have I none, Lord
But what comes from Thee
It’s mine for the asking
Your wisdom bestow on me.

As I daily seek Thee
May I lean on Thee
In Your wisdom basking
For eternity.

But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him. — James 1:5

But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, unwavering, without hypocrisy. James 3:17

Acceptable and Approved

Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things. — Philippians 4:8

What is it that you dwell on? That on which you dwell becomes who you are — in character, association — in life. Jesus is the truth, honorable, righteous, pure, lovely and has a good reputation. If there is any excellence, O Jesus is excellent, and anything worthy of praise — let us dwell on this.

For he who in this way serves Christ is acceptable to God and approved by men. — Romans 14:18

What a difference our lives make, even to others, when we dwell on things like the attributes of God Himself! Keep seeking.
