The Lord has established His throne in the heavens, And His sovereignty (kingdom) rules over all (I.e. the universe).

God reigns. He is on His throne. He is exalted above all the peoples whether we believe or acknowledge it as so.

Reality check. God is holy, whether we believe it or not.

What should be our response to these facts?

Let us praise His great and awesome name.
Exalt the Lord our God and worship Him.
