First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, because your faith is being proclaimed throughout the whole world. Romans 1:8 NASB I thank my God always concerning you for the grace of God which was given you in Christ Jesus, 1 Corinthians 1:4 NASB We give thanks to God always for all of you, making mention of you in our prayers; 1 Thessalonians 1:2 NASB
🌹What a blessing God had given us in the family of God. By our faith, together we share the gospel throughout the world from our hometowns to the remotest parts of the world. Thank You God for showing us grace that we in turn can extend grace to one another. We thank You God for the family and we lift one another up to You in prayer.
And there will be a highway from Assyria For the remnant of His people who will be left, Just as there was for Israel In the day that they came up out of the land of Egypt. Isaiah 11:16 NASB
A highway will be there, a roadway, And it will be called the Highway of Holiness. The unclean will not travel on it, But it will be for him who walks that way, And fools will not wander on it. Isaiah 35:8 NASB
Remnant: a remaining, usually small part, quantity, number, or the like.
🌹God always, by His grace and for His name sake, has a remnant of believers. The faithful. Will you be part of the remnant? Are you walking the Highway of Holiness?
Thus you are to be holy to Me, for I the Lord am holy; and I have set you apart from the peoples to be Mine. Leviticus 20:26 NASB
O fear the Lord, you His saints; For to those who fear Him there is no want. The young lions do lack and suffer hunger; But they who seek the Lord shall not be in want of any good thing. Come, you children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the Lord. — Psalm 34:9-11
O fear the Lord – “worship Him and make conscience of your duty to Him in everything, not fear and shun Him but fear and seek Him”.* Fear the Lord, you His saints – people of God^; believers^; godly ones«.
We, His children, in seeking our Lord find all we want. He fulfills every desire we have in Him. Not the desires of our sinful flesh but the desires that come from our personal walk with Jesus. We are satisfied because our hearts seek the heart of God, truly being what we want.
The Word promises that those who seek the Lord will not be in want of any good thing. He does not withhold any good thing from those who walk uprightly. How do we walk uprightly? By fearfully seeking Him and keeping His commandments. Remember that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.
The Lord gives grace and glory and His praise endures forever.
Continually seeking Him,
For the Lord God is a sun and shield; The Lord gives grace and glory; No good thing does He withhold from those who walk uprightly. –Psalm 84:1
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; A good understanding have all those who do His commandments; His praise endures forever. — Psalm 11:10
