Let us be intentional about being thankful to our Lord. Thankful for our salvation. So thankful that our heart overflows with so much joy that we can’t keep it quiet.

When was the last time you thanked God? Praised His name? On Sunday? Or is it an everyday occurrence?

What a wonderful gift to give to our Lord, to acknowledge His blessings as they happen with thankfulness and praise. I have found that the more I thank God the more I see things to be thankful for and that is worth praising Him.

🌹Through Him then, let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that give thanks to His name.

This verse brings to mind that glorious day when all the saved in Christ will be gathered up from among many nations to see our glorious Lord before us. Our hearts will be overjoyed with so much thanksgiving that we will not be able to contain our praise and glory in His holy name! Are you ready? Thank God for the promise to come in Jesus’s return.
