Dry Bones?
Thus says the Lord God to these bones, ‘Behold, I will cause breath to enter you that you may come to life. I will put sinews on you, make flesh grow back on you, cover you with skin and put breath in you that you may come alive; and you will know that I am the Lord.’ ”
Ezekiel 37:5-6 NASB
I will put My Spirit within you and you will come to life,
Ezekiel 37:14a NASB
Wouldn’t it be wonderful for God to use us to make His name known? One day everyone will know that God is Lord! His name will be known despite us!
I will magnify Myself, sanctify Myself, and make Myself known in the sight of many nations; and they will know that I am the Lord.” ’
Ezekiel 38:23 NASB
“My holy name I will make known in the midst of My people Israel; and I will not let My holy name be profaned anymore. And the nations will know that I am the Lord, the Holy One in Israel.
Ezekiel 39:7 NASB
🌹Do we want to miss out on the joy, the intimacy, the awe and wonder of God’s work, the strength, peace, and understanding of the Holy One? Are we shining the Light, Jesus, in the world or are we dry bones needing revived?
I will magnify Myself, sanctify Myself, and make Myself known in the sight of many nations; and they will know that I am the Lord.” ’

O God of My Praise
But an hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for such people the Father seeks to be His worshipers.
God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”
John 4:23-24 NASB
🌹My flesh is unworthy to worship You O God of my praise!! I will put no confidence in my flesh to worship and praise You but will worship You in spirit. I fear You Lord and desire to serve You in truth with all my heart; as I consider what great thing Jesus, my Savior, did on the cross for me. But He returned to You Father and the Holy Spirit was sent! What great things You have done for me. I can truly worship You in Spirit and truth because Your Holy Spirit abides in me. I can truly say what great things You have done for me O God of my praise! Amen.

Church
They come to you as people come, and sit before you as My people and hear your words, but they do not do them, for they do the lustful desires expressed by their mouth, and their heart goes after their gain.
Ezekiel 33:31 NASB
Church. Where does church lie on our priority list? What draws us each week to attend?
Do we come as God’s people hungry for the Word of God to feast on and digest throughout the day, the week and follow in obedience? Are our hearts strengthened to be steadfast toward our God? Are we walking faithful in His word?
When we gather in the Sanctuary before our Lord, do we draw near with our words and honor God with our lip service, but remove our hearts far from God? Does our reverence toward God consist of tradition learned by repetition, habit, routine, becoming mechanical?
Psalms 78:36-37/Isaiah 29:13 NASB
🌹We are missing out on the awesome power and movement of the Holy Spirit during Church if we are not completely there in body, heart, soul seeking to draw near to God and be revived for a week of walking obediently with our Lord.

Foolish?
So then do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is.
Ephesians 5:17 NASB
I’m saved! Yah! Now what? Does that mean I can go on through life and live as I want? How do I know how to live a life of salvation given to me by the power of the resurrected Christ? Where do I go from here?
I don’t want to be foolish. I want to understand what the will of God is. The Bible is where I go. Daily. Sometimes more than once a day. Under the leadership of the Holy Spirit I grow in the knowledge of THE Almighty, Sovereign, Holy God. He tells me “to not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind”. I do that by reading the Word of God so I may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect. Added to reading the Bible I need to be in contact with God through prayer. Pray without ceasing.
Prayer before opening the Bible —
God, as I read Your Word, fill me with the knowledge of Your will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so that I will walk in a manner worthy of You Lord, to please You in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of You God. Strengthened me with all power, according to Your glorious might, for the attaining of all steadfastness and patience; joyously giving thanks to my glorious Father, who has qualified me to share in the inheritance of the saints in Light. Thank You God for my salvation and continuous sanctification. I surrender for Your glory and will to be done. Amen
Romans 12:2/Colossians 1:9-12/1 Thessalonians 5:17 NASB
🌹For this is the will of God, your sanctification;
1 Thessalonians 4:3a NASB
Sanctification: to make holy; set apart as sacred; consecrate.

God Cares
Do I have any pleasure in the death of the wicked,” declares the Lord God, “rather than (is it not) that he should turn from his ways and live?
Ezekiel 18:23 NASB
The Creator of every human being alive, loves His creation. For God so loved the world. He put each of us here on earth for a purpose, to love our Creator, God, with all our heart, soul, mind and strength. We are a broken, messed up people in need of help. Help to turn from our wicked ways, yes, every one of us. God saw and knew our need so He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, the only One who could and did pay the price for our sin. Jesus paid it all and we can have that pardon from sin and death if we believe. BELIEVE that Jesus is the Son of God and came to earth, setting aside His glory for us, God’s creation, to pay our debt.
Once we are His He pardons our iniquity and passes over our rebellion when we repent and return to Him, a God like no other. He does not retain His anger forever because He delights in unchanging love.
So a God who would go to those lengths for His own creation, how could He possibly take pleasure in the death of anyone who dies? For I have no pleasure in the death of anyone who dies,” declares the Lord God. “Therefore, repent and live.”
John 3:16/Mark 12:30/Micah 7:18/Ezekiel 18:32/Galatians 5:22-23 NASB
🌹You want to truly live? Surrender your life to Jesus Christ and know what it really means to live. Experience love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control as the Holy Spirit guides your life. Let God transform you into who He has called you to be, His child. If you’re a believer but God is not forefront of your life, it’s time to repent and return to your Creator. He is waiting with loving open arms.
Say to them, ‘As I live!’ declares the Lord God, ‘I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn back, turn back from your evil ways! Why then will you die, O house of Israel?’

Magnify and Exalt
I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul will make its boast in the Lord; The humble will hear it and rejoice. O magnify the Lord with me, And let us exalt His name together.
Psalms 34:1-3 NASB
🌹The Lord redeems the soul of His servants, And none of those who take refuge in Him will be condemned.
Psalms 34:22 NASB
Hallelujah! I am redeemed, uncondemned because of my Savior and Lord Jesus Christ! O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together!!

Book of Remembrance
Then those who feared [revere(d)] the Lord spoke to one another, and the Lord gave attention and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before Him for those who fear [revere(d)] the Lord and who esteem His name.
Malachi 3:16 NASB
One of the greatest joys in my life is spending time with other brothers and sisters in Christ sharing stories of our Father. Speaking of His goodness, guidance, work in each of us, blessings bestowed. . . and so on and so on. And I would say that our Lord is pleased when we do this. He gave attention and heard it!! What is even sweeter is that He wrote it down in a book of remembrance. ❤️ We His children.
🌹Lord God I esteem Your name and revere You. Your holiness, perfection, righteousness are worthy of my praise! Thank You Lord, that Your eyes are toward the righteous and Your ears are open to our cry. I rejoice that my name is recorded in heaven. Glory to Your name, I pray in Jesus name, amen.

Glory
How can you believe, when you receive glory from one another and you do not seek the glory that is from the one and only God?
John 5:44 NASB
Where does glory come from? I believe there is but one source. God Himself. Worthy of honor, praise, because no one, NO ONE can compare to the attributes of God. If there is anything of glory in us it comes from God.
Even Jesus stated “I do not receive glory from men;” “If I glorify Myself, My glory is nothing; it is My Father who glorifies Me,”.
I know I struggle with this and maybe you do too. One of my love languages is adoration and I sometimes, a lot, seek the approval of men rather than the approval of God. It’s a fine line but it comes down to the fact that anything gloified in me is not me but God in me! For it is not he who commends himself that is approved, but he whom the Lord commends. So let us strive to give any glory given to us back to God from whom it originates.
John 5:41/John 8:54/John 12:43/2 Corinthians 10:18 NASB
🌹Then the glory of the Lord went up from the cherub to the threshold of the temple, and the temple was filled with the cloud and the court was filled with the brightness of the glory of the Lord.
Ezekiel 10:4 NASB
🌹Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.

You Will Know. Don’t Wait.
I am reading through Ezekiel right now and got curious as to how many times it is written, “Know that I am the Lord”. It may be preceded by “They will”. . . Or “You will”. . . Or “The nations will”. . . Or “Israel will”. . .
63 times in Ezekiel out of 77 in the entire Bible.
God desires His creation to know Him. Why? So He can pour out blessings, the greatest of these being salvation so we can spend eternity with Him instead of eternity in Hell, separated from the One who created us to know Him.
“You are My witnesses,” declares the Lord, “And My servant whom I have chosen, So that you may know and believe Me And understand that I am He. Before Me there was no God formed, And there will be none after Me.
Isaiah 43:10 NASB
There is no other God. There is no other way. Eternity awaits those who seek eternal happiness, joy, peace, etc. found only through belief in Jesus Christ.
You need to know that one day you will bow and “know that I am the Lord” whether you choose to now in surrender and humbleness or later when you are judged and sentenced to eternal life in Hell. Remember, the choice is yours. You have no one to blame but yourself.
Do not tremble and do not be afraid; Have I not long since announced it to you and declared it? And you are My witnesses. Is there any God besides Me, Or is there any other Rock? I know of none.’ ”
Isaiah 44:8 NASB
Who has performed and accomplished it, Calling forth the generations from the beginning? ‘I, the Lord, am the first, and with the last. I am He.’ ”
Isaiah 41:4 NASB
Pray: I confess that there is but one God, through whom I can be saved and I want to know that You are the Lord. Forgive me of my unbelief and living in sin. Help me to follow Your ways my Lord by seeking You continually through Your word, the Bible, and to seek a Bible believing church so I can know You more and grow in understanding and wisdom of Your ways. In the name of Jesus I pray, amen.
🌹I have sworn by Myself, The word has gone forth from My mouth in righteousness And will not turn back, That to Me every knee will bow, every tongue will swear allegiance.
