O Lord, You are my God; I will exalt You, I will give thanks to Your name; For You have worked wonders, Plans formed long ago, with perfect faithfulness. Isaiah 25:1 NASB
For You have been a defense for the helpless, A defense for the needy in his distress, A refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat; For the breath of the ruthless Is like a rain storm against a wall. Like heat in drought, You subdue the uproar of aliens; Like heat by the shadow of a cloud, the song of the ruthless is silenced. The Lord of hosts will prepare a lavish banquet for all peoples on this mountain; A banquet of aged wine, choice pieces with marrow, And refined, aged wine. And on this mountain He will swallow up the covering which is over all peoples, Even the veil which is stretched over all nations. He will swallow up death for all time, And the Lord God will wipe tears away from all faces, And He will remove the reproach of His people from all the earth; For the Lord has spoken. And it will be said in that day, “Behold, this is our God for whom we have waited that He might save us. This is the Lord for whom we have waited; Let us rejoice and be glad in His salvation.” Isaiah 25:4-9 NASB
“Plans formed long ago, with perfect faithfulness.” “on this mountain He will swallow up the covering which is over all peoples, Even the veil which is stretched over all nations. He will swallow up death for all time,”
O glorious day that will be when we are gathered together with our God who will wipe tears away from our faces. When death is swallowed up for all time. Our hope in whom we are waiting. Let us rejoice and be glad in His salvation.
Protect me, God, for I take refuge in You. Psalm 16:1
Show Your wonderful faithfulness, Savior of those who take refuge at Your right hand From those who rise up against them. Keep me as the apple of the eye; Hide me in the shadow of Your wings Psalms 17:7-8 NASB
In You, Lord , I have taken refuge; Let me never be put to shame; In Your righteousness rescue me. Psalms 31:1 NASB
🌹 By Your faithfulness and righteousness, Lord God, I find refuge.
“I have proclaimed glad tidings of righteousness in the great congregation; Behold, I will not restrain my lips, O Lord, You know. I have not hidden Your righteousness within my heart; I have spoken of Your faithfulness and Your salvation; I have not concealed Your lovingkindness and Your truth from the great congregation.” Psalms 40:9-10 NASB
“not hidden Your righteousness”: David spoke of God’s righteousness. He did not hide it in his heart, he proclaimed it. Paul proclaimed also speaking to the elders in Ephesus. “how I did not shrink from declaring to you anything that was profitable, and teaching you publicly and from house to house,” “For I did not shrink from declaring to you the whole purpose of God.” Acts 20:20, 27 NASB
“I have spoken of Your faithfulness and salvation”
“I will sing of the lovingkindness of the Lord forever; To all generations I will make known Your faithfulness with my mouth.” Psalms 89:1 NASB
🌹 Are you proclaiming the righteousness and faithfulness of God to the church and all generations? Is His salvation that has been given to you, motivate you to tell others?
We are able by the power of God within us.
“You, O Lord, will not withhold Your compassion from me; Your lovingkindness and Your truth will continually preserve me.” Psalms 40:11 NASB

Listen to the word of the Lord, O sons of Israel, For the Lord has a case against the inhabitants of the land, Because there is no faithfulness (truth) or kindness (loyalty) Or knowledge of God in the land. — Hosea 4:1
Enter His gates with thanksgiving And His courts with praise. Give thanks to Him, bless His name. For the Lord is good; His lovingkindness is everlasting And His faithfulness to all generations. — Psalm 100:4-5
Let’s enter Thanksgiving with the focus on the One who truly deserves our thankfulness. Without God creating us we would not be here to enjoy Thanksgiving. Without our God we would have nothing to be thankful for as all good things come from Him.*
Be thankful not just now but everyday for His lovingkindness is everlasting. Be thankful because of His faithfulness to all generations. He can be trusted. He is peace. He is love. He is all we need.
Thankful for God the Father, God the Son and God the Spirit — three in One.
I will sing of the lovingkindness of the Lord forever; To all generations I will make known Your faithfulness with my mouth. 26 “He will cry to Me, ‘You are my Father, My God, and the rock of my salvation.’ — Psalms 89:1, 26
“To all generations I will make known Your faithfulness with my mouth.” Is this the legacy you are leaving behind? Will you be remembered for sharing the Lord’s faithfulness to you? Are you crying out to God, “You are my Father, My God, and the rock of my salvation”? Do others know that God is your Father, God and Rock? Will Jesus be exalted and remembered by the life you leave behind?
Make a difference. Know God intimately and He will establish your legacy.
Shout joyfully to the Lord, all the earth.
Serve the Lord with gladness;
Come before Him with joyful singing.
Know that the Lord Himself is God;
It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves;
We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.
Enter His gates with thanksgiving
And His courts with praise.
Give thanks to Him, bless His name.
For the Lord is good;
His lovingkindness is everlasting
And His faithfulness to all generations.
