Let us be intentional about being thankful to our Lord. Thankful for our salvation. So thankful that our heart overflows with so much joy that we can’t keep it quiet.

O come, let us sing for joy to the Lord, Let us shout joyfully to the rock of our salvation. Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving, Let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms.

My hope is that you will find joy this Thanksgiving week as you gather with family, friends, your church, or anywhere you gather. Show Yourself Thankful

Let the peace of Christ act as arbiter in your heart. He is the One who holds the absolute power of judgment in your life. Surrender your life and be part of the body of Christ and show yourself  thankful.

Are you thankful for the body of Christ? Are you participating with the body of Christ for the purpose and glory of God?

Thankful Praying

What a friend we have in Jesus. One so near who knows our wants and needs before we even open our mouths but listens anyway. I am so thankful He is only a breath away.
When I pour out my heart, He brings my heart to thankfulness. Thankful that He is big enough to handle the tears, fears, troubles and my confessions of sin. Thankful that He is a forgiving God and able to restore my heart and mind. Thankful for His peace and grace; forgiveness and restoration.

Anxiety replaced with peace.
Requests turned to thankful praise.
Yes, I am very thankful I have a friend in Jesus.

Why do you think it’s God’s will for you to be thankful?

A heart filled with thanks will be loving, giving, caring.

God uses thankful hearts. Are you thankful?

Enter His gates with thanksgiving And His courts with praise. Give thanks to Him, bless His name.
