1 John 3:13-15

Do not be surprised, brethren, if the world hates you. We know that we have passed out of death into life, because we love the brethren. He who does not love abides in death. Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer; and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him. 1 John 3:13‭-‬15 NASB

God of amazing grace. With a grateful heart I bow before You in awe and wonder at how I was blessed to hear Jesus’s word and believe in You Father. I rejoice in Your Son, whom You sent, because I have been granted eternal life! I have passed out of death into life and do not come into judgment. Because of Your word the world hates me, just as You were hated Jesus. Those who bring judgement do not know love and thus abide in death. Hallelujah we who love the brethren have passed from death to life and abides in the Light (Jesus) where there is no cause for stumbling. Let us proclaim to all people that we are disciples of Jesus Christ by showing our love for one another! Praise the name of the Father! Praise the name of Jesus! Praise the name of the Holy Spirit! For this is the message which you have heard from the beginning, that we should love one another; not as Cain, who was of the evil one and slew his brother. And for what reason did he slay him? Because his deeds were evil, and his brother’s were righteous.

Holy God of righteousness. You are all that is good. I worship You.
The battle between the righteous and the evil rages on. There are those who repay evil for good, opposing simply because of those who follow what is good. Jesus, You were sought and killed because You spoke truth, truth from the Father.
Jesus, my Lord and Teacher, thank You for showing me how to humbly love my brothers and sisters. You knelt before Your disciples and washed their feet. You said, “Truly, truly, a slave is not greater than his master, nor is one who is sent greater than the one who sent him. If you know these things, you are blessed if you do them”. Help me Holy Spirit to follow the example of Jesus and wash the feet of other believers — humbly putting them before myself. I pray Your extravagant love overflows to others through me. In Your Holy name and for Your glory, amen.

Little children, make sure no one deceives you; the one who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous; the one who practices sin is of the devil; for the devil has sinned from the beginning. The Son of God appeared for this purpose, to destroy the works of the devil.

🌹Hallelujah to the Son of God who was tempted by the deceiver, conquered sin, and brought righteousness to those who put their faith in You.
Jesus, You came to destroy the works of the devil. May I not be deceived, having discernment to recognize the one who practices righteousness vs the one who practices sin. Judgment is upon this world; now the ruler of this world will be cast out!! The ruler of this world has been judged!!
Jesus, You are the victory!! I know that You are righteous Jesus and I will practice righteousness because I am born of You.
Jesus, thank You for sowing good seed in me.
God I pray You bestow upon me the courage, boldness and perseverance to sow the good seed — Jesus, the Son of Man — in the world, as Your kingdom daughter. Glory, honor and victory to Jesus, my Savior. Amen.

Everyone who practices sin also practices lawlessness; and sin is lawlessness. You know that He appeared in order to take away sins; and in Him there is no sin. No one who abides in Him sins; no one who sins has seen Him or knows Him.

🌹Behold, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. Jesus, You are the propitiation for my sin but not mine alone but for those of the whole world. I have been redeemed with precious blood, as of a lamb unblemished and spotless, the blood of my Savior Jesus Christ. Thank You, God, for Your law because through it I was made aware of my sin. Sin is lawlessness that brings about wrath. I thank You God for sending Jesus, who knew no sin to be sin on my behalf, that I could become Your righteousness in Jesus. How can I possibly thank You enough for this precious gift bestowed upon me except to practice righteousness in Jesus through Whom I am born again?! I will abide in You and not sin because I am covered in the blood, knowing You and keeping Your commandments and will do good for Your name sake. All praise, honor, and glory to Your name,  in whom I pray.  Amen.

Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not appeared as yet what we will be. We know that when He appears, we will be like Him, because we will see Him just as He is. And everyone who has this hope fixed on Him purifies himself, just as He is pure.

🌹God of my eternal destiny. As Your child, who has been set free from the law through Your sacrifice Jesus, I now walk according to the Spirit who fulfills the law in me. I no longer walk according to the flesh but in the Spirit who abides in me. My body is dead because of sin but my spirit is alive because of righteousness. Your righteousness Jesus. Though I do not fully understand this I fix my hope on You, Jesus. For my sake You sanctified Yourself, that I also may be sanctified in truth.
Therefore, through my love for my Savior and by the power of His Spirit, having these promises, I will cleanse myself from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear and reverence of You, my holy God. Amen.

See how great a love (what kind of love) the Father has bestowed on us, that we would be called children of God; and such we are. For this reason the world does not know us, because it did not know Him.

🌹God, what an honor it is to be called Your child. How great Your love for me Father that You gave Your only begotten Son. This love given, not because I loved You, God, but because You loved me and sent Jesus to be the propitiation for my sin. It was nothing I did but what You have done, Father. And the blessing to know that I will not perish but have eternal life and have received Jesus making me Your child!! What greater blessing could I ask? And added to this is the assurance of the Holy Spirit who testifies with my spirit that I am Your child. Praise and glory to Your name my Abba Father. In Jesus name I pray, amen.

Now, little children, abide in Him, so that when He appears, we may have confidence and not shrink away (be put to shame before Him) from Him in shame at His (presence) coming. 🌹Holy, holy, holy are You, Lord God, my righteousness, my confidence. Abide in me, Jesus.You are my life and on that day when You appear and my faith is made sight may I be bold and confident, not shrinking away in shame when I am revealed with You in glory. For whoever is ashamed of You and Your words in this adulterous and sinful generation, You, Son of Man, will also be ashamed of them when You come in the glory of Your Father with the holy angels.”

Father, forgive me for wanting to speak from myself, seeking my own glory. I pray I will seek Your glory, the One who sent Jesus, for He is truth, and there is no unrighteousness in Him. I stand bold in Your name Lord God, knowing I was born again, not of blood nor the will of flesh, nor the will of man, but of You, God. And because of this I will see Your kingdom O God and bow in praise before Your Almighty throne of victory! As for you, the anointing which you received from Him abides in you, and you have no need for anyone to teach you; but as His anointing teaches you about all things, and is true and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you abide in Him.

God, You have not left Your people without discernment, direction, or truth revealed. Father You sent Jesus, Your Son, to make this possible in our life. When Jesus ascended He asked on our behalf to give us a Helper, the Holy Spirit, to be with us forever!! How blessed to have an anointing from the Holy One who lives in us and whom we know. Praise You God for the confidence, security and peace my soul knows because You abide in me and I in you. Holy Spirit, teach me all things and bring to remembrance from Your Holy Word all I have read and studied so I will always abide in You. God, may I know the things You have freely given through Your Spirit. Thank You God for letting me know You and the many blessings that have come by You. I give my life to honor You, my God, by the life You have freely given me. In the glorious name of Jesus I pray. Amen.

God of promises never broken. When You make promises, You keep them. Your will, Father, is that everyone who beholds Your Son and believes in Him will have eternal life. You have promised that You Yourself will raise them up on the last day so that whoever believes will in Jesus has eternal life. Thank You for the hope I have through Jesus for eternity with my awesome God to Your praise and glory and my anticipation of Your promise fulfilled. In Jesus name hallelujah and amen!

I have not written to you because you do not know the truth, but because you do know it, and because (know that) no lie is of the truth. Who is the liar but the one who denies that Jesus is the Christ (Messiah)? This is the antichrist, the one who denies the Father and the Son. Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father; the one who confesses the Son has the Father also. As for you, let that abide in you which you heard from the beginning. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, you also will abide in the Son and in the Father.

King Jesus, You entered into the world to testify to the truth. The truth from the very beginning. Thank You, Jesus, for the truth that resides in me enabling me to hear Your voice.  You stated, “Everyone who is of the truth hears My voice”. I trust Your truth.
Help me Lord to be quick to hear, slow to speak and slow to anger.
Thank You God for the truth that has been established in me and is present with me. Through the Holy Spirit of truth residing in me I have fellowship with other believers; and indeed my fellowship is with You Father, and with Your Son Jesus Christ! I love You Jesus and will keep Your word so that the Father and You will love me and come make Your  abode in me. I ask for discernment to recognize the antichrist, remembering the antichrist denies both You Father and Jesus. I praise You for the privilege and honor to know You Jesus and the Father through the Holy Spirit; Three in One.  Glory to my God who has made Himself known to me. In this I rejoice. Amen.
