1 John 5:12

He who has the Son has the life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have the life. 1 John 5:12 NASB.

Jesus, my glorious Lord and Savior; what wonderful things You have done for those who believe in You. Whoever believes in You has eternal life. “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life“. God, thank You for sending Jesus, Your Son, into the world so that the world might be saved. For You did not send Your Son into the world to judge the world but to save it. To those who have received the testimony have set their seal to this, that God You are true. For Jesus, whom God, You sent, speaks the words of God; for He gives the Spirit without measure. The Father loves the Son and has given all things into His hand. Hallelujah to our faithful, truth bearing Savior, Jesus Christ in whose name I pray, glory to Your name, amen! John 3:15-17/John 3:33-‬35 NASB

🌹He who believes in the Son has eternal life; but he who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.” John 3:36 NASB

Do you have the Life? Are you living the Life?

Non-believer:

-Is judged because they do not believe  -Loves the darkness (sin) more than the Light. -Hates the Light so does evil and fears their deeds will be exposed in the Light of Jesus. -the one who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.

Believer:

-Is not judged. -Practices the truth and comes to the Light, so that his deeds may be manifested as having been wrought in God who gets the glory. – Is obedient to God and His word. -The one who believes in the Son has eternal life.

1 John 5:9

If we receive the testimony of men, the testimony of God is greater; for the testimony of God is this, that He has testified concerning His Son. 1 John 5:9 NASB

Glory to the God of truth who sent His Son, Jesus Christ, — the way, the truth, and the life — and our Helper, the Holy Spirit, who is the Spirit of truth sent from the Father. The Spirit is the truth.

Jesus, Your very works testify about You, that the Father sent You. And the Father who sent You, has testified of You. “I am He who testifies about Myself, and the Father who sent Me testifies about Me.” God, You testify of Jesus and Your testimony is truth. In Your Holy Word You have given us true testimony of Your Son, our Savior. I pray we seek the truth of Scripture as it unfolds the life of Your Son to true understanding and knowledge of the great gift of life given through Jesus, our salvation. Thank You for Your Word, Lord God. Amen. Isaiah 65:16/John 14:6/John 15:26/John 15:26/John 5:36‭-‬37/John 8:18/John 5:32 NASB

But the testimony which I receive is not from man, but I say these things so that you may be saved.  John 5:34‭

🌹You search the Scriptures because you think that in them you have eternal life; it is these that testify about Me; and you are unwilling to come to Me so that you may have life. John 5:39‭-‬40 NASB

1 John 1:1

What was from the beginning, what we have heard, what we have seen with our eyes, what we have looked at and touched with our hands, concerning the Word of Life—
1 John 1:1 NASB

🌹Jesus, Word of God. The Word who was from the beginning. The God of Life who is the Light unto mankind. You are the Word of Life.
Jesus, You are before all things, and in You all things hold together.
Lord God, may I never stop speaking about what I have heard from Your word and seen of Your life changing presence in my life.
Jesus, the Word become flesh, dwelling among Your creation, showing Your glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth.
As Your child, I pray, I will testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Savior of the world so that others will not be unbelieving, but believing as Thomas was when he reached with his finger to Jesus’s hand and reached his hand to the Savior’s wounded side. Jesus, You truly are the Word of Life. Praise and glory to Your name for coming to save mankind from the destruction of sin through Your sacrifice for our salvation. Amen.

Philippians 3:12

Not that I have already obtained it (the resurrection from the dead) or have already become perfect, but I press on so that I may (if I may even)lay hold of that for which also (because also) I was laid hold of by Christ Jesus.
Philippians 3:12 NASB

Jesus, my salvation, my future, my today and my always; glory, honor, praise to You. Thank You for taking hold of me.
Help me to run the race of life in such a way that I may win the prize by using self-control in all things, living life with aim. Help me, Lord, to discipline my body and make it my slave, so that, after I proclaim Your gospel to others, I myself will not be disqualified.
I want to fight the good fight of faith; take hold of the eternal life to which You have called me to, and continue to live the good confession made in the presence of many witnesses.
I pray, Lord God, that You will continue to lead me to store up for myself the treasure of a good foundation for the future. Treasures that are stored in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys, and where thieves do not break in or steal so that I may take hold of that which is life indeed. I’m storing up treasures in heaven, where my heart longs to be for I know “where your treasure is, there your heart will be also”. Thank You, Jesus for salvation, the promise of eternal life and Your revealing Yourself to me so that I may walk in the newness of life in You. Amen.
1 Corinthians 9:24-27/1 Timothy 6:12/
1 Timothy 6:19/Matthew 6:20‭-‬21 NASB

🌹But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Philippians 3:2a

Beware of the dogs, beware of the evil workers,
Philippians 3:2a NASB

God, my protector, my stronghold, praise and glory to Your name. I thank You for Your words of warning that can steer me away from trouble when I listen and obey.
Outside are the dogs and the sorcerers and the immoral persons and the murderers and the idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices lying.
And there are some who disguise themselves as belonging to Christ but are false disciples, deceitful workers. God, I ask for discernment so that I may be protected from those who deceive. I pray I learn Your word well that false words and actions are recognizable.
And Lord I pray Your church will not bite or devour one another, taking care not to be consumed by one another.
Jesus, You were surrounded by dogs; a band of evildoers encompassed You; they pierced Your hands and feet. Jesus, by Your sacrifice my soul is delivered from the sword, my life from the power of the dog. I am eternally grateful for my salvation. Thank You, Jesus in whose name I pray, amen.
Revelation 22:15/2 Corinthians 11:13/Galatians 5:15/Psalms 22:16‭, ‬20 NASB

Is Your soul protected from the dogs? If not, it is time to surrender your soul to the only one who can save you from the dogs.

🌹“I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things for the churches. I am the root and the descendant of David, the bright morning star.” The Spirit and the bride say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who wishes take the water of life without cost.
Revelation 22:16‭-‬17 NASB
Here is a promise if you have surrendered your soul to Jesus Christ:

🌹The Lord will protect you from all evil; He will keep your soul. The Lord will guard your going out and your coming in From this time forth and forever.
Psalms 121:7‭-‬8 NASB

Philippians 2:12-13

So then, my beloved, just as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your salvation with fear and trembling; for it is God who is at work in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure.
Philippians 2:12‭-‬13 NASB

Jesus, my Savior, the living source of my salvation, I bow in humble adoration of Your amazing gift of life.
Jesus having been made the perfect man, You became to all those who obey You the source of eternal salvation.
I pray for obedient participation in the gospel, now until Your return. For I am confident of this very thing, that You began a good work in me and will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus.
For it was fitting for You — for all things are from You, and through You are all things — in bringing many to glory. You are the perfect author of their salvation through sufferings. I thank You God for being the perfector of my salvation and surrender to Your continued authorship in the working out of my salvation.
Lord God, equip me in every good thing to do Your will, working in me that which is pleasing in Your sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen.
Hebrews 5:9/Philippians 1:5‭-‬6/Hebrews 2:10/Hebrews 13:21

Philippians 1:27-30

Only conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ, so that whether I come and see you or remain absent, I will hear of you that you are standing firm in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel; in no way alarmed by your opponents—which is a sign of destruction for them, but of salvation for you, and that too, from God. For to you it has been granted for Christ’s sake, not only to believe in Him, but also to suffer for His sake, experiencing the same conflict which you saw in me, and now hear to be in me.
Philippians 1:27‭-‬30 NASB

Father of the Gospel, Jesus Christ, I pray for Your church. I pray that we would conduct ourselves in a manner worthy of Christ’s sacrifice. Help us to be on the alert, standing firm in the faith, and to be strong. I pray all that we do would be done in love. I ask Lord God for the congregation of those who believe that we would be of one heart and soul; and not one would claim that anything belonging to them was his own, but all things were common property to us all for the benefit of the gospel. God, through this bond of brotherhood in Your church, help us to persevere through faith in the midst of all persecution and afflictions which we face, helping us to endure. This is a plain indication of Your righteous judgment so that you will be considered worthy of the kingdom of God, for which indeed we are suffering. God, as we, Your church, proclaim Jesus, help us admonish and teach every person with all wisdom, so that we may present every person complete in Christ. May this be our purpose in the church, laboring, striving according to Your power working mightily within us.
God, my hope is to one say say, “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith”. I know that in the future there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which You Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day; and not only to me, but also to all who have loved the appearing of our Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ in whom I pray, amen.
1 Corinthians 16:13‭-‬14/Acts 4:32/2 Thessalonians 1:4‭-‬5/Colossians 1:28‭-‬29/2 Timothy 4:7‭-8

🌹Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us also lay aside every encumbrance and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us,
Hebrews 12:1

Fight the good fight of faith; take hold of the eternal life to which you were called, and you made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.
1 Timothy 6:12

Rejoice and be glad, for your reward in heaven is great; for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

Just Rejoice

Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice!
Philippians 4:4 NASB

Sometimes all we can do is throw our hands up and rejoice.

Sometimes it is easy. . . And sometimes it is hard.

When it is hard, rejoicing will refresh your perspective, lighten your burdens, and most of all redirect your thoughts, plans, motives, ideas, down heartedness, and eyes back to the One in whom we rejoice. Our Savior. Our Redeemer. Our Rock. Our solid ground. Our cornerstone. Our God! Our Everything!!

🌹GOD, I will rejoice greatly in You, my Lord. My soul will rejoice in my God; For You have clothed me with garments of salvation, and wrapped me with a robe of righteousness, As a bridegroom decks himself with a garland, And as a bride adorns herself with her jewels. In You, Lord God I will rejoice. In Jesus name, amen.

Proclaim the Light

Thus says God the Lord, Who created the heavens and stretched them out, Who spread out the earth and its offspring, Who gives breath to the people on it And spirit to those who walk in it,
“I am the Lord, I have called you in righteousness, I will also hold you by the hand and watch over you, And I will appoint you as a covenant to the people,
As a light to the nations,
To open blind eyes, To bring out prisoners from the dungeon And those who dwell in darkness from the prison.
Isaiah 42:5‭-‬7 NASB

Jesus, Light of the world, I will arise and shine for Your light has come and Your glory has risen before me. In Your hand is the life of every living thing, And the breath of all mankind yet Your Light shone in the darkness and the darkness did not comprehend it. You are the Lord God, who upholds my right hand, Who says to me, ‘Do not fear, I will help you.’
I pray for Your chosen people, a royal priesthood, a people for Your own possession, that we will be bold in proclaiming the excellencies of You who called us out of darkness into Your marvelous Light. Spirit of God who made me, breath of the Almighty who gives me life; Spirit of the Lord God be upon me, anoint me to bring good news to the afflicted; to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to captives And freedom to prisoners by Your Almighty power. In Your name and for Your glory Lord God, amen.
Isaiah 60:1/Job 12:10/Isaiah 41:13/

John 1:5/1 Peter 2:9/Job 33:4/Isaiah 61:1 NASB

🌹Turn to Me and be saved, all the ends of the earth; For I am God, and there is no other. I have sworn by Myself, The word has gone forth from My mouth in righteousness And will not turn back, That to Me every knee will bow, every tongue will swear allegiance. They will say of Me, ‘Only in the Lord are righteousness and strength.’ Men will come to Him, And all who were angry at Him will be put to shame. In the Lord all the offspring of Israel Will be justified and will glory.”

True God and Eternal Life

And we know that the Son of God has come, and has given us understanding so that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life.
1 John 5:20 NASB

God, our Father, we love Your Son because He had come from You. He did not come on His own initiative but in obedience to Your sending Him. Jesus, who was manifested, seen, and testified of has been proclaimed to us for eternal life. He was with You Father and manifested to us. In sending Your Son, He opened our minds to understand the Scriptures through the power of Your Holy Spirit. Through Your Holy Scriptures we may know You, the only true God and Jesus Christ through whom we have eternal life.  Although we have never seen You, our Father at any time, Jesus, who is at Your bosom, has explained You.
Father, we know whoever denies Your Son does not have You; the one who confesses the Son also has You, our Father.
Thank You Father for sending Your Son in whose name we pray. Amen.
(John 8:42 NASB, 1 John 1:2, NASB, Luke 24:45-49 NASB, John 17:3 NASB, John 1:18 NASB, 1 John 2:23 NASB)
