What does living and walking with Jesus look like?
Living – to know the word of God, as well as the Word who is God, so as to be proactive. To know God’s Word is one thing but to act on it is another.
Walking – is putting into action, out of obedience, courage and dependence upon God, His Holy Spirit, what the Word has said.

‭‭If a brother or sister is without clothing and in need of daily food, and one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and be filled,” and yet you do not give them what is necessary for their body, what use is that? Even so faith, if it has no works, is dead, being by itself.

What a way to close out a month of thanksgiving. Thank you for taking this journey with me and for those who shared their thankfulness, thank you for those blessings.
I hope you will continue to bring glory and praise to God through thanksgiving everyday of your life.

Continue on with a thankful heart. It will be great practice for eternity, worshipping our God.

Save us, O Lord our God, And gather us from among the nations, To give thanks to Your holy name And glory in Your praise.

This verse brings to mind that glorious day when all the saved in Christ will be gathered up from among many nations to see our glorious Lord before us. Our hearts will be overjoyed with so much thanksgiving that we will not be able to contain our praise and glory in His holy name! Are you ready? Thank God for the promise to come in Jesus’s return.

You are, because God created you. He created you for a purpose. To know God, to serve Him, to glorify Him in word and deed with a thankful heart. A  thankful heart makes for a successful purpose. Thankful for God in you, moving you to do His work, to bring about His plan for humanity.

Are you thankful for God’s work and purpose through you to bring about His way, His truth, His life to a dying world?

Whoever speaks, is to do so as one who is speaking the utterances of God; whoever serves is to do so as one who is serving by the strength which God supplies; so that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belongs the glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.

Could praying with thanksgiving be a testimony to faith in God? Praying with thanksgiving is trusting God with the outcome of your supplication, your request before it is answered.
What happens when you leave the request at the altar and trust God for the outcome?

And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

God is a 24 hour God. He is always available. When we walk with God, we walk morning and night. We are His to be used by 24 hours a day. How many blessings and His glory do we miss because we are caught up in our own ways instead of His way. It is good to give thanks to the Lord all day long and sing, even if it is not verbally. Then you will see His lovingkindness and declare it!

‭‭Praise the Lord! For it is good to sing praises to our God; For it is pleasant and praise is becoming.
